What is an NFA Gun Trust?
No CLEO Signature required
Less Hassle, Future Flexible
NFA firearms (also called Class III or NFA weapons or items) are certain guns and accessories regulated by the National Firearms Act of 1934. NFA firearms include all fully automatic and select fire weapons, short-barreled rifles (SBRs), short-barreled shotguns (SBSs), and sound suppressors (silencers).
An NFA trust, also known as a Gun Trust, is a type of trust specifically tailored to comply with the NFA regulations of Title II items. Multiple responsible persons, or co-trustees, can be named in your NFA Gun Trust; allowing them to use, transport and have access to the NFA items that are owned by the Trust. Along with our Gun Trusts being simple to use, they are future flexible and come with supplied amendment templates for any changes required later on.
