What We Do

199Trust creates NFA Gun Trust documents and provides support through personal “human” support and AI chat. We’re not a law firm – we prepare documents based on your instructions, not legal advice. For legal guidance, consult a licensed attorney in your state.

What We Collect

From You:

• Name, email, phone
• Trust details (Settlor, Trust name, location, Co-Trustees, Beneficiaries, Successor Trustee)
• Your questions and support messages

Automatically:

• Chat conversations with our AI
• Website usage (pages visited, forms submitted)
• Technical data (browser, IP address, device type)

How We Use It

1. Create your trust documents
2. Answer your questions via AI chat (personalized using your Trust info)
3. Send you your documents and important updates
4. Improve our service (analyzing support patterns, not individual data)

Smart Chat Links

When you click a support link from our emails (like ?c=abc123):

• That code is unique to you – gives our AI access to YOUR trust info only
• It’s randomly generated and can’t be guessed or reverse-engineered
• Lets you pick up conversations where you left off
• Never expires – return anytime
• Nobody else can access your data through it

QR Code Service

When you submit a Trust for QR codes:

• We extract basic info (Settlor, Trust name, location, parties)
• Generate QR codes (PNG, SVG, PDF sheet) that link to your secure view page
• Store your Trust document (and any Tax Stamps/Supporting documents on our server.)
• Create a permanent view page where you can access/download everything
• You control it: Delete anytime via the Delete button (permanent, can’t be undone)

What We Store (Forever)

• Chat history – Your conversations with our AI (contains only Trust form data and support email data if available)
• QR view pages – If you use the QR service (Trust PDF, additional attachments, future manual additions, QR codes, metadata)
• IMPORTANT NOTE* OUR QR TRUST SERVICE IS ONLY MEANT FOR NFA-RELATED BUSINESS AND DOCUMENTS. IF IT IS BEING ABUSED OR USED WRONGFULLY, SUCH AS FOR STORING UNRELATED PHOTOS AND DOCUMENTS, THE QR AND FILES ARE SUBJECT TO DELETION WITHOUT WARNING.

What we DON’T store:

• ✗ Credit card numbers (Square securely handles payments, 199Trust NEVER sees your credit card number)
• ✗ Social security numbers, financial data (we don’t ask for them)

Security

• ✓ Encrypted storage
• ✓ Unique access codes (can’t be guessed)
• ✓ Isolated data (your info never mixed with others)
• ✓ Limited team access (only authorized 199Trust staff)

What We DON’T Do:

• ✗ We do NOT meet HIPAA standards
• ✗ We do NOT share data with other customers
• ✗ We do NOT sell your information

Your Rights

• Access: Get a copy of your data
• Deletion: Remove your data (within 30 days)
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing (you’ll still get trust documents)

For total data purge: Put “PURGE MY DATA” in subject line – we’ll remove everything including emails, backups, etc.

AI Features

Clanka (Chatbot):

• Uses your trust info to help you
• Only accesses YOUR data via your unique link
• Stores conversation history for continuity
• Sometimes makes mistakes – always verify important info

Email AI:

• Reads support emails to generate responses
• Flags urgent issues for human review
• May send automated replies for common questions
• Your emails are never shared with others

Chat Platforms (Discord / Telegram):

• Our support bot also answers questions on our Discord server and Telegram
• Messages you send on those platforms are stored by Discord or Telegram under their own privacy policies
• Only use public channels for general questions; keep trust-specific details in the private chat on this site

Your Own AI Agent:

• You may connect your own AI agent to your vault using your private access links or credentials
• The agent acts on YOUR behalf and can only see what your access link can see
• Changes made through an agent are recorded in an audit log you and any trustee can review
• You can revoke an agent’s access at any time by rotating your access link or contacting us
• You are responsible for what any agent you connect does with your data
• Our team drafts your trust documents; AI (yours or ours) does not write your trust

We Share Data Only When:

• Required by law or court order
• A Dealer is placing the order/advocating on behalf of their Customer (Dealer sent Trust)
• You give written permission
• You connect your own AI agent or service using your private access link (they act as you)
• Emergency (fraud, safety threat)
• 199Trust is sold (data transfers to the new owner)

Primary Third-Party Services

We use: AI service providers (currently MiniMax for chat responses; Groq was used previously; neither is GROK by x.ai), Gmail (email), Wufoo (forms), Square (payments)

Chat text sent through our AI features is processed by these AI providers to generate responses. Our own servers run some AI features on hardware we control.

Each has its own privacy policy.

Cookies

We use cookies for: login, chat continuity, site analytics

You can disable them, but some features won’t work.

Changes

We’ll update this policy as needed and notify you via email for major changes.

Legal Stuff

• No Warranties: Service provided “AS IS” – we don’t guarantee perfection.
• Our Liability: Limited to what you paid us.
• AI Accuracy: Our ‘Clanka’ tries hard but may give wrong answers – always verify.
• Age Requirement: 18+ only.

State Rights:

• California (CCPA): Right to know, delete, opt-out
• Nevada: Can confirm we don’t sell data
• EU (GDPR): Additional rights including data portability
