Refund/Exchange/Cancellation

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We will fix errors we made in spelling of names, places, and dates at any time upon request from customers; ten (10) days after the documents have been emailed to the customer any changes that were not a mistake on our part will incur a $10 change fee. Please see the change request form HERE. We allow for a three (3) day document inspection period from customers starting when the documents are first emailed. During that inspection period a refund will be granted upon request from any customer who feels that the documents are not suitable for them. 199Trust reserves the right to scrutinize refund requests for honesty and authenticity, and withhold refunds if it deems the request to be less than honest.

Beyond the three day document inspection period no refunds will be considered as services have been considered rendered in full.
