Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We will fix errors we made in spelling of names, places, and dates at any time, instantly and free of
charge. Need a change that wasn’t our mistake — add or remove a co-trustee, update a beneficiary, change an address? Those are free too,
any time, through our change request form HERE. We allow for a three (3) day document inspection period from customers starting when the documents are first emailed. During that inspection period a refund will be granted upon request from any customer who feels that the documents are not suitable for them. 199Trust reserves the right to scrutinize refund requests for honesty and authenticity, and withhold refunds if it deems the request to be less than honest.

Beyond the three day document inspection period no refunds will be considered as services have been considered rendered in full.
